Good Morning

Had a pretty good day yesterday. Was able to walk around the park for munch longer than I thought though I was quite sore last night. Back is still tight and my tail bone still quite bruised but it's much more manageable now. I think it's going to take some time for the tail bone to heal as it took the initial impact.

Today is when we celebrate our anniversary so we are going out to dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant.

Other than that stuff I'll do some work, take a nap and more heat and ice.
