Welcome To Tuesday
Good morning
Had to drive my niece to her Tim Horton's job for 5am so I got up at 4:45 . Been working since I sat down at the computer at 5:15, pretty much the plan for the day. Some friends want to go for a few pints after work, might do that. Taxes are coming! Dropped mine off at accountant yesterday for him to do. I'm going to owe money, question is how much is served |

Morning!
Stayed up late watching Nashville lose to Dallas in OT Was hoping for a 4th Game 7, plus I'm not a big fan of Dallas due to that whole Kennedy thing. Work mixed in with errands, the ASSIL, and a much needed chiro appt |

Good Morning
Have an errand to run and then it's just biz stuff. Saw my chiropractor yesterday which was great, though no adjustments can be done yet, as he is also a PA in sports medicine. He understood exactly what happened and everything that should be looked. Far far more thorough then my general doctor. I actually have 3 injuries going on which is why my pains are all over the place. First, my ass/coccyx area was deeply bruised which is what my general doc said. 2/3 weeks and that will go away. Second, my neck muscles are displaying whiplash issues from when the head slapped back (thank god for the helmet) which is why my upper back is giving me issues. It's the referrals from those muscles going down that are triggering those issues. This was overlooked earlier due to the bruising from landing on it. Have neck exercises to do over the next 3 weeks that should put that right. Third, compressed thoracic vertebrae. Thankfully he is nearly positive due to his poking and proding that there is no fracture. This is a time issue with exercises and adjustments that will take 8 to 12 weeks to be back to normal though I should feel better and be more active in 4. I've done this before (compressed discs) so I know the routine. And that my friends is how you celebrate your 55th birthday! Enjoy your Tuesday! |

Evening!
Another busy day in box. My beloved and I had a really long walk, I've made phone-calls and appointments for a lot of stuff, writing some emails to "colleagues" and also institutions we in AA want to visit. Then a long AA-group meeting where we planned how to approach various stuff with those institutions and this woman seems to be so into me I guess I'll ask her out. But as you know, that's a thing I seriously hate to do ... Now some gaming to calm down before bed Have fun Jlly |

Took the 4k cam for a test drive for shoot this Friday.
Stopped and picked up a new 64gig sandisk as well. After, went to a deli and picked out 4 items I thought were potato based. 3 were fish. Crestfallen. |

My team played a boring 0-0 game today ... I almost had to procrastinate and do some work to escape it
