I ran into this last week when looking at 4K content we shot for a client. Can watch on windows 10 but not 7 pro. Codecs issue. WAPITA
I've seen some sites, on their support page, list 2-3 options for downloading codecs and how to do it. |

So my argument with someone was that he MUST encode it in h264 codec, he was doing in h265 HVEC and insisting it was fine, which it is not fine because most people cannot play those. But he didn't seem to want to listen and offered to "teach me all about codecs some time"
