I check out her Instagram once in awhile because she's hot, but I never bothered to follow because of heavy use of filters.

Anyway, I would go with three large thumbs per row, much like Instagram. Of course, what it looks like in the end depends on the geometry of the thumbs: square, horizontal, or portrait. Square and horizontal thumbs will work well with three across. Portrait thumbs need to be pretty big in order to fill the space adequately.
