I'll never forget the early spring of 1997.
We had gorgeous weather the beginning of April with temps of high 70s to low 80s in Boston.
Me and 2 other guys rented a house together on a one year lease.
One of my roommates decided he wanted to seed the lawn and so he spent 2 days fertilizing, aerating, and putting seed down.
2 days later we got a surprising 18 inches of snow...lol
By the time the snow finally melted 10 days later the grass had fully sprouted.

All summer long we had people commenting how lush and green our lawn was and asking how we did it.
