Good morning

Up and working and that's the plan all day along with a couple of errands. Have to drop off my SUV to get the breaks looked at and later this afternoon I'm off to the chiropractor as I pinched a nerve in my back, did a similar thing about 8 months ago and needed an alignment then. I can barely fucking move without a sharp shooting pain, ouch |angry

Morning.

Seems like I'm the only one on the upswing. I don't know if it's my ball sack medication but my blood pressure has suddenly become normal. I stopped taking my BP med a couple of days ago. I've got a cuff and so I've been testing it regularly and it's where I want it to be (125/75 or so). I even used my friend's machine at the same time to make sure mine wasn't broken. Good news for sure.

Today is a paperwork day. I might go out and do some grocery shopping between the rain drops.

Good Morning

My neighbor got back last night from the hospital and talked about not sleeping well so I may not do the other stuff today just to give him some quiet time. Not sure if I'll do some stuff in my backyard or just do biz stuff all day.

Besides all that being up in the air it's just a typical day.
