I blame it on my family's sudden interest in Cauliflower rice. Is the trend hitting where you live? We are replacing 3/5ths of our usual rice intake with the Cauliflower version. Its delicious and radically cuts back on carbs, sugars and other harmful ingredients...that taste so good. However, I am finding C-Rice really is great and has many valuable benefits with one or two minor issues... Try it if you haven't and let me know your take on it.
