First a caveat. I hate the tubes with a passion and hae since they started coming on all the way back in '05 or so.
With that said however, the establishment generally does not see any difference between the legitimate adult businesses and the pirates and they don't care to see them. They paint with a very broad brush and would be very happy to see all adult businesses just disappear. A win against pornhub, in their eyes, is a win against the industry. I think the cc company's reactions to pornhub of only a harbinger of what they would like ot do to the industry as a whole. While the cc companies love the money that adult brings in they hate the stench that the establishment attaches to adult content and at a certain point they would just rather not deal with it. Just my take on it. , |

I will say its hard to see the difference from the outside when adult companies partner with thieves etc. And nobody wins politically when siding with what Google staffers once called adult as a "dirty fish bowl." We've made it way too easy for them. And you can bet this is just the tip of the iceberg. As for the board, tbh, its my favorite board. The willingness for members to reach out and give solid advice is like no other place IMO.
