^ I'm sorry you're having a really tough go of it Greenie. You've had a rough patch for sure. I hope you can work your way of it.

I was here this morning, going to start the thread and got distracted. Brain like a goldfish, oops!

I've felt really inflamed the last few days or so. The quality of my health is not where I want it to be, that's for sure. So, I'm trying some acupuncture, ginkgo biloba and turmeric curcumin as modern science has nothing to offer me. Tomorrow is another day.

Company for dinner tonight with one guest staying over.

Have a good day or what's left of it.
