Morning.

Interesting article in the paper about athletes playing for countries other than their own. Hockey's Chris Chelios being one. Here's an article:

Same old today except no Costco run. I'll be at my desk most of the day. Fasting after 8pm tonight as I have to have a blood test on Thursday morning.
