Good Morning
 No snow here to worry about, in fact yesterday was a mid to upper 70's F which was a bit warmer than it has been in a couple of weeks. Noticed a bit more improvement on my back which is great but I still need to be laying flat as much as possible to keep improvements moving forward. JOY Not leaving the house today so it will be grunt work all day for the most part. Enjoy your Thursday! |

Good afternoon
 My GF told me it was snowing at her place, but it hasn't fallen any snow here. (She lives approx. 10 miles deeper into our area, where it generally is colder). I'm trying to get things done. At the same time, my mood swings are a handful. Although I'm a bundle of joy compared to last November  Dinner is almost ready, the evening will probably be some gaming. I'm hooked on Call of Duty again ... Take care  |
