Morning!
 My  doctor said I could stop  so much, but not completely. I guess I'm in a shame/self-guilt spiral  She did give me a new sleeping pill & I did sleep for 4 straight hours, which may not seem like much, but it's HUGE for me  It's the 1st & the boss is already calling about reports...  |
