My mood continues to be good

even if I'm in the middle of a paperwork nightmare for my boss

Up and working away since 6am, might be time for another

Work planned all day with some paperwork stuff needing to be done as well. No plans for

after work as my Thursday after work drinking buddy is in Seattle visiting his son so I guess I'll just work all day into the evening then find something on Netflix

Morning.

I'm waking up these days with my tinnitus not too bad. The downside is I think it might go away but, of course, it never does. That's a little disappointing. I need to be happy with the progress I've made.

My wife is working in Ottawa tomorrow so she's off there today. The flight is 45 minutes. It can take longer to get to the airport than the actual flight. The three of us will "hold the fort" until she returns on Saturday.

Just working away here all day except for a routine appointment at my doctor. Feeling a bit overwhelmed with what I've got to do.

BIL seems stable but I can't help think this is the beginning of the end for him. We're at the cardiologist next week for more insight. Unlike my brother whom I loved dearly, I'm not emotionally attached to my BIL but it will be the end of an era. (I hope that doesn't sound callous.) Who knows, maybe he'll continue on for a while. He's back up to 17 pills a day now.

Despite the fact that I was at the hospital to check out some shit, and even though I managed to pay 1700$ instead of 170$ (which atm is unresolved), my mood is OK.
I have to say, this is a strange feeling

My back is feeling better though I have more sensations running down my leg than I've had in the past couple of months. Obviously I overdid it with yard work which is frustrating because I honestly didn't do that much

All I want to do is see my grandson so I'll continue to take it easy and try yard/house work next week.

Grunt work all day in the recliner for the most part on the agenda.

No Devil's Lettuce but it was a good day anyway. Going to a reptile show tomorrow. Should be the assorted rodents here and there. I wonder how they feel about these co-habitat shows.
