sextracker problem

Hello All,

For weeks as I install a new counter my visitor stats are showing many unknown visitor so its hard to see who sends traffic.

I have mailed support many times but they never reply.
Anyone else got this problem with the visitor stats or know what is going on at sextracker.

I am surpriced that such a big company has no good support or maybe it because of that.

I gave up on all free counters and just use my server stats these days. I find that a combo of Analog and AWStats seems to give me all the info that I need.

Yeah that would be the best but I have my freesites on a server which has no detailed stats.
They offering a good deal though.

The places I submit to wouldn't accept pages with counters.

i am still happy with paycounter, although i never have seen money for the counter i dont care but i can see all what i need to know, oh and lately i use netstat, and i use my host stats, hya troy

Paycounter actually sent me a check a few weeks ago, my first ever! Sure, it was for about 2 years worth of clicks, but I'd just assumed it was a lost cause, so the check was a nice surprise. I still use paycounter because I like the page where you can see all your traffic at once.

Host stats are good though.
