I don't have a problem with php or javascript IF I know the webmaster. Can't stress that enough.
Simply knowing who you are makes a ton of difference. The fact that you posted beforehand, heck yeah, have at it. I know it makes things a ton easier. (just don't go hog wild on a banner change.. like <h1>links... LOL )
