If you are penalized, there is no simple way to get un-penalized. Anybody who accepts money to get you off is probably taking you for a ride.

Admittedly, someone could accept money from you in exchange of doing the half-dozen to several dozen emails and suchlike that would be necessary to get your case looked at. However, their chances of success would not be good.

Your best bet? slash and burn. Abandon the name and start over with a new domain. You don't have to shut down the domain, if you don't want, but eventually you will lose your trades, because people will slowly realize you've got a perm zero and they will stop linking to you for fear that your zero might spread.

You might not have a perm zero, could be too early to tell, but my brief initial look seems to support your idea that you are penalized.
