Laptop Shopping - Suggestions?

Hey gang,
I have been using a Dell laptop for about a year or so. I use it as my main computer. I have had absolutely no problems with it. Love it. Went wireless right away and do my work sitting on the front porch

I havent heard anyone address support. Although I havent had any problems with the Dell, I have on ocassion had a few questions about this or that and called Dell. They actually answer the phone. They could not have been nicier and answered my questions with no problem or attitude.

Also, you can build your new laptop online, get an idea what it will cost. They run specials every week. Just check out what they are giving away that week and if it sounds good, go for it. I put together 2 laptops online, one I could afford and one that I wished I could afford and printed each version. Then I called Dell to order over the phone. It is like buying a car. You can haggle over prices and get extra options. Just have all your info on hand and talk yourself a good deal. I managed to get an upgraded monitor, an upgraded video card and a carrying case. All above what they were giving away that week. Hope this helps.
