Indian restaurants (curry houses) generally have a seated area where customers waiting for tables or take-away meals sit.

There's usually a large dish of Bombay Mix for customers to nibble on while they are waiting, which is a spicy mix of nuts, lentils and fried flour noodles.

A chemical analysis of the Bombay Mix from a selected number of restaurants was made, which revealed that on average, 16 different types of urine were found present in every bowl.
