I was about ready to release some sponsor provided content before the 2257 regulation discussion began. The way I read it, in order for an affiliate to use sponsor content, the sponsor will have to provide him with the necessary documentation. But I am waiting on some legal advice. Regardless of his advice I am sure if the regs are adopted that it will be a pain in the ass, but I don't see that drying up sponsor provided content.

However, I think that you are going to see the number of hosted free sites increase big time. IMO, that should benefit the Link List owners.
