Id make the text at the top of the page smaller less intrusive it didnt do anything for me and you only need it for search engines. Id change the colour scheme to personal opinion but that colour puts me off straight away for some strange reason.
I think a site has to look reasonable but its the content linked to that matters a shit design though could put them off even checking the site out.
