I need sponsors with free hosted galleries with description for each gallery. No 'movie gallery 999', but real description.

There is a damn good list of sponsors that provide FHG on
Greenguy and Jim's Resource Page The list does not indicate which ones include descriptions.

I have about a hundred with descriptions at Chop's Cash and try to add about 10 per week.
