Get tabs and advanced features with IE

Wow I'm really impressed with this add on software for Internet Explorer. Now why can't Microsoft have done this?

Anyway we had a thread awhile back about how Mozilla and Safari were cool browsers because they can have tabs and stuff. This add on software will let you have it with IE.

It offers all this:
Tabbed Browing Interface
Mouse Gestures
Super Drag&Drop
Privacy Protection
AD Hunter
Google Bar Support
External Utility Bar
Skinning

And here's the best part.........it's free!! Check it out

BTW I just noticed that it's not an "add on" to IE like I originally thought it was. It's an actual separate browser. But it looks so much like IE that I thought it was just a plug in.

Nonetheless, I am AMAZED at the things this browser can do. It does things I would have never even thought of for a browser to do, but they're all time savers.

This does seem to be the year of new browsers.

Good reason to make sure that you stick to clean code when building.

I wonder what engine they are using?

They appear to be using the IE Shell. I know that this message forum looks screwed up in Safari and it's fine in IE and it's fine in this new browser too. So apparently it's just IE on Mega Steroids.

No sweat. I've been using it all day and I LOVE it! I figured out though that there is a small annoyance that you have to fix if you want.

By default, when you're trying to pop a new window, the browser opens a new window in another tab behind the original one. You actually have to set it to make the new window on top by clicking on the little tiny icon in the bottom right that looks like a green arrow pointing to a window. That will "Activate New Window".

Then you are all set!
