Per Sign-up Or Revshare?

Using Top Bucks as my prime sites sponsor, but a little confused whether I should be using the 'pay per sign-up' [as now] or the 'revshare' option

Anyone got any useful input on this for this sponsor? |noclue|

Personally I'm more in favor of per signup but I noticed I started using recurring more and more in the last half year or so since I've added some nice new sponsors that use CCbill to my sponsor list.

I use Per Sign Up if it's offered, mostly because I'm a greedy fuck that likes to see big checks come in each week

But lately I've been using more & more Partnership Programs & the sizes of the checks, while not as big as the PPS ones, do keep getting bigger & bigger each week, so something must be working

I also prefer per sign-up programs but earlier this year I had some server problems and my sites was down for more than a month!
At that time I was glad that I also had used some revshare sonsors, so that I still had at least some income. So in the future I’ll use both.

Can see where something like server meltdown would cause problems with sign-ups [ouch!!!] - but do any of you know about the overall performance for one type against the other regarding Top Bucks?

Does anyone? |confused|

I only use revshare and I only offer revshare to my affiliates. IN the future things might switch around, but I promote a lot of smaller sponsors that don't offer a flat payout. It's nice when you have members who stay for months and months. If you think about it, the idea of 1 payment is really appealing to webmasters, but if the sponsor has a high recurring rate he knows he will make more in the long run by getting the full membership fee after that inital sale.
Basically you can look at it like this. If a sponsor has great content and lots of it, take the recurring sale. If not, take that big bonus and move on
