How the Hell do you build up huge traffic?

I just wanted to say that if you are converting 50 hits (visitors?) / day into $100 a week, you are doing an awesome job of converting your traffic! Most of us could only dream of such conversions.

I don't know I guess I am assuming that you don't have other pages that are gettign more traffic though....
