cyberwurx & mySQL

Okay...probably not the MOST appropriate place to ask this question, but I always get my questions answered here!

I'm pulling my hair out trying to do the relatively simple tast of installing a forum on cyberwurx. Does anyone know how to create mySQL databases on this host? I've just had a dating script installed on the same host. Since I need another database, I'm trying to set it up, but just cant figure out how. With my other hosts, it's a pretty simple process. I just dont see where to do it here.

Anyone know? Thanks in advance!
