what about server matrix and managed? did someone have a bad issues with them? are they worth this cash?

you're going to need someone to manage your server for you, other wise you will be:

1) hacked and everything ruined
2) huge downtimes because something went wrong and you cant fix until you pay more to the host to finally get it fixed.
