In any event, I've compiled yet another edition of Greenguy's Stats
(fuck - I hate referring to myself in the 3rd person)

This batch covers any & all sign ups from July 1 thru Sept 30 2004.

gregtx - I'm 99.44% I have all your sites listed, but I'll double check. And remember, only sites that had sales are listed for the category totals, so you might not want to draw attention to those that don't

I really need to dig in to ARS. I recall the program beng a bit overwhelming when I first saw it...

Now it seems like just a lot of options and sites to promote.

I started to push them a bit more about 1/2 way thru that run, so they did pretty good

Well, that's just the top 20 money producing sites - Sunny Dollars has a lot of sites, so a sale or 2 on each ads up pretty quick

All of the stats up there are from PPS sites - partnership programs don't fit well into the model I use for my stats

Not to tell you how to do your stats ... as its a great thing that you share then with us, but you really need to hit the revshare sponsors aswell .. even if in a different section. You are missing some of the top money makers for SE/Freesite traffic in many of the categories.

Oddly enough, I have been considering putting up a "partnership programs" area for my stats, but the big problem is that figuring out the "per click" totals would be mind numbingly hard & for some reason, I feel that is needed to make an accurate assesment of a sponsor.

Ratios are good, but let's say a % program was converting at 1:50 on a trial & only 25% were converting over to monthly - so let's say you get 4 sign-ups on a program that's has a $5.00 trial & $30.00 monthly after that:
(and let's make the math easy - LOL)
200 Hits
4 X 50% of $5.00 = $10.00
1 recurring = $15.00

So off those 200 hits you got $25 or $0.13/click

I found 1 site in my stats that had a 1:50 ratio exactly & that's producing $0.51/click.

Even if you bumped it up to 2 recurring the 1st month & then one the next:

$10 (trials) + $45 (3 recurrings) = $55 or $0.28/click

And yes, I know that some of these signups will say a lot longer, but once they start recurring month after month after month, that's where the math gets really fucking hard

This is why I'm still onthe fence about a good way to publish partnership program stats

Lets take paysites like mine that convert 1:50-1:400 for a full price join depending on traffic, and have around 50-60% retention first month and a 70% or so retention for the rest of the months.

(btw dont accuse me of spamming please because I only invite affiliates and havent mentioned my sites)...

You make so much more with revshare in my opinion when you are dealing with niche sites.
