How would I spam without spamming PLEASE NEED ADVICE

After a hell of a lot of hardwork and with massive support from a number of people I am finally close to launching a paysite.

What I would dearly like to acheive is to provide some nice hosted freesites and esp to LL owners.

So here's the catch, how can I bring this to the board without spamming, I would like constructive help and esp input as to what you want.

It's my first paysite and I'm prob making it harder then need be, however I just want to get it right
