Man I'm beat down lol getting old
Man well since I left my job I have just worked from home. The ones that do know the good and bad things from it. Can prob understand this a little better. No waking up when you want to lol. WORST THING.. Well one of my bad things was going stir crazy from being inside most of the time. So a construction worker friend of mine asked for help for the few days. Ok well I figure what the hell. I get out of the house, breath some freash air and it will be a nice change of pace. lol I forgot how hard that work is. Contending with Bee's (I'm Highly alergic to them), lifting sheet rock, tile mud and just all around hard shit. The last two days I came home and did not even care about my e-mail lol. Well tomorrow no work, thank God I don't know how to lay a foundation lol. It's amazing how fast the body just goes to shit lol. 4 Months man, time to start running again lol.

I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman!

Nothing wrong with some manual labour once in a while to remind you that some people bust their ass for a buck out there imo.
Working from home has it's benefits, keeping active isn't one of them! |

Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless

Try to keep yourself cool at some part man...
