I need inexpensive host for new db/php projects. My www.hostive.com fails me (they have problems with database server rigth now)

2nd question..
UW, U gave us link to WHT and I saw unmanaged dedicated $95/month there

It would be cheaper to buy unmanaged and setup it , right?

Is anyone able to manage it for me?
How do the others do?
Buying dedicated for $300 is not for me...
I prefer to keep eggs in diff baskets

If you don't know how to manage a server (it's not easy without a lot of technical knowledge), then you should stick with managed hosting. If you are using a small amount of bandwidth, then I would say go with multiple virtual account. If you are using a lot of bandwidth, then you will save money with a dedicated server.
