More Godaddy incompetence

I just lost a domain because Godaddy let it expire even though I renewed it last month, and even though I emailed them their own receipt from the renewal, and even though the charge went on my CC 10/24. I stopped using them because of all the complaints here and elsewhere, but didn't transfer the domains I originally registered there. Now I'm transfering everything. Fucking cocksuckers. A company this inept should not be in business, and hopefully won't be for much longer.

I'm sorry to hear that! I have over 50 domains registered there and I got more and more leery everyday. I'm thinking about just spending the 300 bucks or so it would cost to transfer all of them

Every other week there's another complaint about this company. Why would any professional still have any domains registered there? $300 vs. loosing all of your hard work.

Yeah my sisters shit is still fucked up. She just gave up with having a website for her company. Hell I told her to just open a auction account or something on ebay (shit heads also). But heres another lovly one. Wife was working last night, some asshole comes in her chat an spams. "Come look at hot xxx pic of this girl at my site (insert shit site here)" I go look and its on godaddy. I contact them to get the info I need so I can send them the copyright letter, and the shit head tells me to send it to the abuse email. Finnally after 30 minutes of searching that site I send the mail, just giving up. I did get a response with a fax number, which I sent the docs today. Im not counting on them doing anything about this. Were all not fans of the 2257 law but I'm serious if they dont do anything then I'm reporting this shit head for not being compliant with it.
