Grantmedia/Sex com problems...

Hello all,

I'm using that PPC since last september... while I did try them in the past, they traffic never converted... so I decided to give them another try this last september...

Everything was going good until january started... the traffic started to decrease in quality badly up until last week when I lost a ton of money... the reason is that the traffic is now like 80% false clicks... as in my last week with them with my listings active I spent about $500 at 0.04 per click which gives around 12500 clicks... well off that, I got about 2500 raws to my sponsor which in my numbers gives about 2000 visitors who got to my page from that PPC... which equal 16% of what they sent made it to my page...

Now, after seeing that I tried to contact my rep there... no go as he doesn't reply to emails, nor does he reply to phone calls... tried to contact the company by phone, no go either as it's always a stupid anwsering machine...

Then I was able to speak to one of my old rep that I got a few years ago... by chance I must say through icq... told me that that PPC sex.com was sold and that I should really reconsider my partnership with them... also asked me if my traffic was still converting...

Finally, told me to contact a person over there through icq which I did... asked him politely to get my account remaining funds refunded and closed down... that was monday... he told me that my last $500 deposited could get refunded, but was not sure of the other $241 left...

Waited... and I still wait as nothing as been done, no emails, no reply, nothing... the only he said to me yesterday was : yes you will be refunded your $500 to your credit card, but still need to get an awnser for the remaining funds...

No ways it takes a week to refund a deposit and close an account... I'm now really considering going to my CC company to charge back the last 2 transactions I had with them... not happy about those stupid company that are so bad with their advertisers...

P.S. To compare, when I closed 1 of my Miva account, the lady on the phone was very polite and my money was refunded in the next 10 minutes after the call... that's the way to handle advertisers... as I may return to Miva one day because of this, but NO WAY I'll ever touch grantmedia/sex.com again...

Im pretty sure it was posted in most adult trade mags - but the PPC is being done by sex.net - not sex.com Sex.com was sold a while back but the PPC engine was on sex.net (sex.com just redirected to it for a long time which explains the decrease in traffic)

added- also all the tools are still on the sex.net site and everything still seems to work fine
