Hm.. why my site is not listed???

Hi,

First of all I'm new here in this forum, so hi everyone!

I submitted my site more than a week ago and it's still not listed. I'm wondering why. Here is URL: http://www.camsescort.com/SexyTeenOnCam/

Well, a lot of reviewers wouldn't get past your entry page

You've got side scroll at 800 pixels wide which is an instant decline at a lot of link sites.

Beyond that...

Your keywords meta is a little spammy (one of my personal peeves), though yours isn't really bad enough to cause a decline.

You've also got some blind links on the site. Here's a great thread to learn about blind links and how to avoid them.

Some of your full sized images are kinda heavy. I know of a couple reviewers that will decline sites if images are over about 80k. Personally, I shoot for between 50-70k.

The little button thumbs in the middle of your galleries will probably cause some reviewers to toss the site. Sponsor clickable thumbs on galleries especially are a big no no.

That's all I see in a quick pass. Overall, the site looks pretty damn good...just needs a bit of tweaking to pass muster

Mr Yum covered it all. For me those little button thumbs are in an iframe which I believe most sites do not accept including myself. For the reason that it will continue to change and you have no control over what may pop up. Just put a standard banner in that spot, stop the side scroll and clean up links a bit and its good to go with me.

Meantime I have a question. I've submitted my free site to other link lists that did accept it. Now if I'm going to change it a little bit to fix the problem you specified, am I going to get into troubles with those link lists that already accepted my site?

It won't be a problem with the sites that did list you Cheetah. As long as your receipts stay the same it will be fine

Download Firefox and then get the Firefox extension called Web Developer Toolbar. This will let you change any tab into a 800x600 window. If you do this you will see that your site has scroll bars which is a no-no. (The toolbar has a lot of other nice features too.)

Have in mind though that Firefox and IE has different body margins (marginwidth, leftmargin/rightmargin). A site that is right on the edge of not scrolling in FireFox, will scroll in IE.

I see the site in my admin and I wont accept or look at it because you didnt add the submitt code, so start out on the right foot and read the submitt pages for the LL your gonna sub to and those pics are 2 big file size wise...

I dont like submitters using free in the description or trying to talk to them...

put "picture galleries of a teen getting naked" sounds a lot better...

So now you say you have pictures in your site - So with so many movies in free sites now, dial up users look for titles and descriptions that say pics and with those pics. well over a 100k its to long a wait and a maybe buyer leaves your site and if he runs in very many more sites on a LL with large pics over a 100k now he leaves the LL and finds one that dont let very many of those large pics slide...

start out on the right foot or your gonna have a hard time being listed...

my rules talk about pics over a 100k being looked at real hard...

again read the rules and ask questions and I bet you will get listed more than the other way... and you must have paid hosting as I didnt check,

now I am gonna delete your link and you can resubmitt after you compress those pics...

oh and by the way I just got dsl temporary and the 1 pic I opened was 160k and it took to long to load...

I doubt this will influence getting listed, but do you really plan on updating your site at least once every 5 days?

I'm referring to this little meta tag:

name="revisit-after" content="5 days"

If not, for SEO value, that might work against you.

Or maybe I just don't know what that's for.

Also, imo, urls should be all lower case, but that's just personal taste, I guess.
