Link list script import format?

I'd like to have a copy/paste page of my clean freesites for anyone to grab for new linklists, new categories, etc. Any suggestions? I'm just guessing like

Site Title|Site Description|Site Url|Submitter Name

What is the format for LinkAdmin, DragonLinks, etc., if it's not configurable?

Unfortunately Dragonlink's import depends on the how the owner has set up their list, because it tracks site elements like videos, pics, blogs... whatever someone creates. An import will need a blank field for each element that isn't listed. So I don't think you can create just a standard import that can be loaded by anyone, but I am by no means an expert.

Link Admin has a bunch of options/columns as well & some (like the date/time) are created by the script.

I'm very interested. Need some categories to fill up.
Here's the format I need (one line per site):

FreeSiteUrl,FreeSiteName,FreeSiteDescription,Category,Hot

So you can't have commas in the description or anywhere else.
Category doesn't have to match my category name exactly, I can just search/replace.
Hot should be set to 0 please
