Trixie.com wants to trade w/personality-driven blogs, TGPs, etc.

I'm working on http://trixie.com and would like to find folks to trade traffic with who have similarly personality-driven quality sites.

I'm willing to sign up using your codes if the fit is right AND you can even use your WebWhoreBucks refcode to link to Trixie.com so that you will get 50% if your surfers wind up joining one of our paysites (TastyTrixie.com, DeliaCD.com, etc.). It's not a clean tour, obviously, but it's an added incentive to link to it considering that it doesn't have buttloads of traffic yet.

Trixie.com is a quantcast top 10k site. That is mostly owing to our awesome affiliates since it's where we've been hosting our free galleries, but I am in the process of developing it to be more than that and breed loyal return visitors.

I am looking for a limited number of sites to trade traffic with that meet some or all of the following criteria:

*blogs, tgp's, review sites, etc. with strong evidence of personality (ex. a picture of you/the blogger, about me pages describing who you are and/or what your site is all about, etc.).

*no skimming: when your surfers click on a thumbnail or link it should always go to the site or more content represented by the thumb or text (I might make exceptions to this based on the overall quality/feel of your site)

*Clarity and intelligence of expression

*If you have demonstrably great traffic/reputation that might make up for any lack of the above.
