4 year old PR3, DMOZ listed LL for sale

I'm looking to sell my Link List: www.MorePornForMe.com

The site is run on Link Admin script, it's a 4 year old domain and it's DMOZ listed. If you know what you're doing, this would be a perfect domain to develop and get ranked in the search engines. The site has been virtually untouched since early 2006.

I'm selling it because it's just sitting there and rotting, and I always thought I might find time to go back and do some work on it but that never happened. I don't know whats reasonable to ask for this site, but I do know that I won't let it go for nothing. If you're interested in making an offer, please feel free to PM me. Otherwise any questions can be asked here in this thread. I'll try to answer some of the more obvious questions:

Income - I don't know what the site's income is, I get money deposited in my epassporte account and I get ccbill checks sent to me, and although this is site is probably the major source of income, it's not the only one. I'd ball park it around $250-$500 a month, but I can't guarantee that.

Traffic - In 2008 thus far the site has averaged about 6000 uniques per month. I haven't touched the site in over 2 years, so no active promotion and the traffic it does receive is mostly targeted search engine traffic. I'll provide access to traffic if requested to qualified buyers.

Transfer - I'm not tech savvy and would be unable to assist in the transfer of the site.

Payment - I'd accept paypal or epassporte and if an escrow is requested I might be willing to split costs depending on the offer.

What sort of price are you looking for it? I was thinking about starting my own LL but this could be a way easier way of doing things!

At this point I'm just taking offers because I'm not sure what the value is. Let me know what it's worth to you and we can go from there.
