Help A Fat Guy Out
So I've created a new site to help me lose weight and also to give people my recipes (friends ask for my recipes all the time when we have parties).
The site is http://helpafatguyout.com/ I was thinking about having a weight loss content and we could even pit GG&J members against another board if you wanted. You can track your weight loss and fat loss on-line, get recipes, share ideas, learn a thing or two and maybe even help others. I would appreciate everyone stopping by and offering some feedback. I know I'm going to need all the help I can get in 2009 to loose all those extra pounds I gained this last year, so if your site can "Help A Fat Gal Out" as well, I'm in  I registered, but won't fill in my data untill after New Years Eve... I'll probably gain an extra pound or two that night |

Such strange timing. I was thinking about my weight yesterday and realized that I have gained 20 pounds in the last 5 years -- at total of 40 over the last 20 years. (I was a slender but sexy 125 pounds when I got out of the army. My wife says I was scrawny.) I may have to join for some encouragement to to drop 15-20 pounds, which would be about 1/8th of my body.
