Geo Banner Script that won't choke on millions of impressions

I've tried GeoRhino, but the javascript causes the images to load so slowly that they time out under even a mild load of 40,000 impressions per hour.

I need a script that can write to the banners things like "Get laid in {your town} tonight" or more specifically my message (which actually has nothing to do with getting laid or dating even)

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Take a look at OpenX. I think that it may be able to do what you want to do.
