And the point of a Shared Blacklist is????
(hint - to stop cheaters, theives etc...) Big Brother isn't everywhere, your neighbors might be.

If you have nothing to hide why should this be a problem? I feel it is a good idea as just down the road from me older people are intimidated and bullied by young kids (about 12-17). Despite pestering the police they have taken no action. The thought of serving a drunken and abusive individual certainly doesn't appeal to me.
