Had a decent sleep, lazed around reading my phone in bed before finally getting up and here I sit now plugging away

Worked planned all day then watching my Sens

play tonight.

Bills won

The Bitch & I decided to do Buffalo Bills themed Xmas decorations, so I spent a couple of hours putting red & blue lights in the windows. Today we'll decorate our scrock tree & we had to get a small version of this for the angel on top:

Visiting my BIL this morning. He's supposed to have an MRI on his head. I hope he can do it. A lot of people can't. Then I'm off to get a flu shot at my doctors office. After that, it's back at my office for the remainder of the day.

I'm pretty tired after a long day.
After tons of sessions and tests, they've concluded that I am bipolar type 2. I've been reading a bit about it, and it makes sense. Oh well.

I'll try to make a productive weekend, the last days have just vanished into nothing

From my personal experience, I can say that a diagnosis is a good and powerful thing. It was only after we found out that our daughter had Borderline Personality Disorder (and was emotionally disregulated) were we were able to get her (and us) help.
