Need help with php chat

I have a really great php chat program that i use for my members area. I had the script installed and again it's really great but it is too big and anyone with 800 x 600 or even 1024x768 can't get the frame with the video chat....and hence a lot of complaint emails!

can i get some help with resizing the chat applet to fit in a window? pretty please!

Thanks!

Mariah
