Whats up with CCBill??
I tried to purchase advanced submitter last night (Several times), finally got pissed off and gave up.
I try again today and still can't seem to purchase the flipping program. When I submitt my cc info I get a message page cannot be displayed. I have tried CCBill customer service and they dont have a clue and I was given the same runaround that I got last night. Anyone have any ideas of WTF is going on? Thanks for the help:) |
Based on my sales yesterday and today I'd say there could be a problem yes. LOL
Are you in the US? I've had problems with them before being in Canada not accepting my credit card. Address and zip code differences. |

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I have a question about IBill.
I have one sponsor that still uses them as a secondary processor, and I have been getting IBill signups and rebills, but of course I have NOT been paid. I'll probably just drop the sponsor unless someone knows some secret way to get my IBill money? |

If I find a sponsor using them forget it!! You will NEVER get your money from them! |

I just wanted to give out some credit to the staff of CCBill. |thumb
I have been on the phone with CCBill for about an hour trying to work out the problem I had and they are still on it. The customer service from corvette, Jason and the staff have been very good to say the least and we appreciate all they are doing to fix the matter. |bananna| Hopefully I can get it today and set up so we can get down to business. As they say, "Shit Happens" and it just happens to be one of those days where every dog gone thing has gone south on me. LOL Thanks again CCBill. |

Well that explains our crap sales on and off for the past few days.

Hmm, not sure which post you are talking about? I have lots of sponsors that I use, so It's no problem to drop a sponsor from my list. |

Sorry man, I got you and plateman mixed up! |
I read on my ccbill account the other day that they are reporting some WM stating very slow wait times for the information to show up. They say its only in one section of the site but I have seen it accross the board. No matter what I try to look up the report takes a few minutes even if I'm just trying to look at that days data. But they did say they are working on it. lol. I think we are all working on something lol.

not good news, now I know why the decrease in sales in the last 36-48 hours :(
Hopefully they will get it fixed up soon! cheers, Luke |
I-emailed the sponsor and he e-mailed me back and gave me the CCBill only link code! Woohoo!

A Tech from CCBill worked on the situation with my tech to see where the problem was. I don't know if they resolved it or not. I do know for a fact that CCBill was putting 100% into fixing the problem. Any company that offers to come by the office on the weekend and trouble shoot from my end is showing that they do care. That is true customer service. |thumb |
Good to hear they are on top of things, sucks that this is happening though!
As for the Ibill discussion, yeah stay away from anything that has to do with them, I'm still waiting on a few grand from them. Someone should have taken pieces of their booth at internext and given it to creditors/webmasters! |
I just got this e-mail from IBill:
Thank you for your email to iBill. "In regards to your request: Please contact the website you are revsharing with to receive your payments. We are currently sending the webmaster current and past due payments for all transactions made on the website." |
IBill
I got the same response from iBill, and contacted the sponsor that I had revshare with through iBill. They responded:
"The agreement that they have come to is to pay us the total amount due, which includes some revshare distribution amounts, however they will be paying this back in installments, the first one in March of 2006 and the final one in March of 2007". Even under the best scenario, this means that I will have to wait until 2006 to receive money earned in 2004. Great stuff. |
