Whats up with CCBill??

I tried to purchase advanced submitter last night (Several times), finally got pissed off and gave up.

I try again today and still can't seem to purchase the flipping program.
When I submitt my cc info I get a message page cannot be displayed.

I have tried CCBill customer service and they dont have a clue and I was given the same runaround that I got last night.

Anyone have any ideas of WTF is going on?
