I'm not sure that linking back (or not) the the domain's root from each free site is going affect much for the free site itself. My point was that there was nothing at all at the root of the domain...

Those gallery links don't seem difficult to find. My biggest qualm is all of the linked text (not to mention the larger font size for a:hover). You should only link a few words....
