If you mean something illegal like "undarage girls" on the hosting - in this case the hosting company must delete this user. But you didn't give me the examples.

About managed dns
Hello,
I have a question, if I have server that doesn't allow me to use their dns and I use my own managed dns from registrar (Directi). Can be there any problems with listing sites from this...

I don't think it's too clever to ban hosting...
I don't think it's too clever to ban hosting company.
For example I use HQHost for a long time and have more than 150 domains there, I don't want to move it to another hosting. But I'm honest...
