So if you transfer a domain from one godaddy...
So if you transfer a domain from one godaddy account to another, there's no authorization email sent? That's bullshit.
You should be sent an email requesting authorization for any and all account...

It doesn't really look like you have a title, just your sponsor's banner where a title usually is. Having a title on your site that matches what you enter on submit forms is a must at most LL's....

I think I've got it fixed. A combination of spybot, adaware, cwshredder and hijack this, plus a manual search and delete of the registery for "searchassistant" entries, seems to have done the trick....
