Good looking site. Nice layout, colors, etc. Looks like you put some effort into it.
I would count the top ad as a single ad, but some LL's, especially those using a script to check links out, may see it as 12 or 13 or however many are there. You could create a banner that looks just like that table in Photoshop (or whatever) if that's working for ya. Then it'd just be a single link.
