Just moved www.thelinkcafe.com to another host and had a little bit tech problems with the script... but submit page is back up so get your sites listed.
It's still no-recip but if you wanna throw...

Link List needs submitions (no recip needed)
I've startet a linklist and seriously needs submitions so almost everything is accepted, if it's legal and follow the basic rules ofcourse.
If you have no-recip freesites then go and submit them...
