I need more submissions... get very few right now.
All new links go on the index page so that's more traffic to you guys.

I'm making some category recips but a general recip or even no-recip will be allowed till I receive enough daily submissions to justify a required recip

YES IT'S TRUE... no recip (that means no recips at all)
Submit a couple of your sites and see if you like the traffic
