A domain is worth whatever someone sees in it I suppose. FroshParty for example could be the next CollegeFuckFest if marketed right and the term has very little competition in the SEs.
For me I don't need the money but like everyone I would like it. Meaning I won't be selling a domain for $100, what's the point? I never bought them to sell them so I'd just keep it and put a few links to it and make that or more each year from it.
